Jenny leads global chemical industry strategy for level measurement at Emerson, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the chemical and process automation industries. Before joining Emerson, she spent nearly two decades at Nouryon (formerly AkzoNobel Pulp and Performance Chemicals), leading the process R&D team responsible for manufacturing process development across the company’s global Inorganic Specialties sites. Earlier in her career, she held operations, technology and development roles supporting hydrogen peroxide and colloidal silica production, including automation, process optimization and capital expansion projects. Jenny holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering with Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Ola is globally responsible for Emerson’s tank gauging and tank monitoring systems, guiding portfolio strategy and product direction from customer and industry requirements through development and launch. He joined the company in 1998 and has held roles including software developer, project manager, technical sales and product manager. Ola is an active member of several API and ISO standardization committees focused on instrumentation and measurement standards. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Lu works with major chemical, refining and industrial end users in North America to optimize tank level and inventory monitoring solutions. He helps plants put their level data to work, turning tank measurements into practical inventory control and better day-to-day operational decisions. He has been with Emerson for over 26 years, where he has held roles spanning radar level technology specialist, regional sales management, digital transformation and instrumentation application engineering. Lu holds a BSEE from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of West Florida.
