Gea Niro Soavi Introduces Ariete NS5180 Homogenizer

The Ariete NS5180 homogenizer is reportedly ideal for processing of nanoparticles, nanodispersions, nanoemulsions and cell dispersions. Compliant to EU safety rules (CE standards) and built according to EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Systems, the homogenizers are constructed of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials and available in a range of high- and low-pressure models providing throughputs from 100–50,000 l/h at continuous working pressures from 100–1,500 bar. Reported benefits include improved chemical reactions due to increased particle surface, increased stability of mixed emulsions and enhanced product properties, as well as improved color intensity in many pigments and paints.
