Senior Operations LLC Metal Bellows has developed the Delta P, a high-pressure bellows seal for use in injection valve applications. The Delta P can withstand high external system pressures while maintaining low differential pressure across the edge-welded bellows. The Delta P’s thinner material increases the stroking and cycle life capability. The bellows seal is suited for use in gas lift valve applications.
The features of the Delta P include:
• Dome pressure: 1,000 to 15,000PSIG
• Injection pressure: 1,000 to 15,000PSIG
• 20,000 cycles minimum
• Inconel 718/625 bellows
• Incaloy 945/945X housing
