The high capacity, compact FlexSift S10 sifter is easily vertically integrated into processes and overcomes many typical product-flow bottlenecks associated with traditional sifting technologies. The sifter screens, delumps and discharges all without the need for feeder equipment, allowing for higher capacities and better product flow than large conventional sifters. The sifter is said to be safe and simple to disassemble, and has a minimal number of parts, enabling easier clean-up, quicker screen maintenance and minimal downtime. The sifter’s compact, light and vibration-free design enables it to be readily coupled with most bulk bag unloaders and mixer dischargers, lessening space and support frame requirements in comparison to conventional sifters. Also, the vibration-free design of the sifter equates to low noise, less power and minimal maintenance, and reportedly virtually eliminates unwanted size reduction and agglomeration. The sifter features flush ground welds as a minimum standard for easier and better cleanability and can be customized to suit many applications.
