Honeywell Launches 2014 Simulation Design Competition for Students

March 25, 2014
All entries must use Honeywell UniSim design suite software.

Honeywell recently launched its annual UniSim Design Challenge, a series of process design competitions that recognize young talent across the Americas, Asia-Pacific and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).

Each regional competition will reward innovative concepts that use Honeywell’s UniSim design process simulation software, which is available to anyone teaching at a university or college. Students are tasked with creating a new design or model showcasing a process problem and their UniSim design-based solution.

The top entries from each competition will win a trip to their regional Honeywell Users Group (HUG) event.

All entries must use Honeywell UniSim design suite software, available free to professors. Final entries must be submitted by April 25 for the Americas, June 27 for Asia Pacific and Sept. 30 for EMEA.
