BioBased Technologies joined forces with CRI Tolling to produce Agrol, the bio-based polyol line.

BioBased Technologies partnered with CRI Tolling to produce Agrol, the bio-based polyol product line.  Production is slated to begin in December at the CRI Tolling plant in Fountain Inn, S.C.

Over the years, BBT has expanded its Agrol product line. Originally developed in 2005, Agrol polyols are made from a variety of environmentally friendly ingredients including soy, cashew nuts and castor oil. Polyols are the building blocks for polyurethane foams and are used in manufactured products such as lubricants, building products, furniture, automotive, adhesives, carpet backings and industrial coatings. Many Agrol products have been named USDA Certified BioBased Products.
