ABB Leaflet Describes Benefits of Swirl and Vortex Flow Meters

Leaflet provides installation and product photos as well as tables of key specifications.

ABB has published a six-page leaflet that describes the benefits of ABB vortex (FV4000) and swirl (FS4000) flow meters for measuring flow rates of liquid, gas and steam. The leaflet provides installation and product photos as well as tables of key specifications. Both flow meter types offer wide rangeability and an integrated temperature sensor for mass flow measurement of saturated steam.

According to the leaflet, FS4000 swirl flow meters save up to 80 percent of installation space because of short upstream and downstream straight-pipe requirements. The FV4000 vortex flow meters come in flange-mount and wafer-type (flangeless) designs.
