Stress Engineering Services, launches Stress Engineering and Construction, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary to provide engineering, procurement and construction services to the downstream and midstream markets.
Stress Engineering Services, Inc. launches Stress Engineering and Construction, Inc. (SE&C) as a wholly owned subsidiary to provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services to the downstream and midstream markets. SE&C expands on Stress Engineering Services’ experience and knowledge of plant operations and maintenance, according to the company.

Led by David Masterson and Scott Tanley, the SE&C team is comprised of specialists including process engineers, design engineers, project managers, project controls and construction personnel.
