Three veterans of the chemical manufacturing industry launch Chemvalon to help private equity investors, owners and managers improve their operations and profitability. They are Steve Crownshaw, president of Chemvalon, who also serves as president of InChem Corp. in Charlotte; Jon McCracken, vice president and an expert in supply chain management, and Kaushik Vashee, vice president, and a chemical engineer.
