David Bacon joins Halocarbon Products Corporation as CEO.

David Bacon

Halocarbon Products Corporation, producer of specialty fluorochemicals and inhalation anesthetics, names David Bacon as its new chief executive officer. Bacon joins Halocarbon with more than 24 years of experience in market analysis and driving innovation.

Bacon most recently served as president of LSP Products Group, leading the commercial transformation of the business, according to Halocarbon. Prior to his role at LSP, he was general manager for the AT Plastics business at Celanese Corporation, growing the company’s specialty polymers business. Bacon also worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company, working with Fortune 500 companies to improve resource productivity. He began his professional career at Exxon Corporation. Bacon holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas.
