CiDRA enters agreement with FMC to offer flow processes

CiDRA Corporation (“CiDRA”) has announced that it has entered into an agreement with FMC Technologies Inc (NYSE:FTI) to provide systems and services designed specifically to optimize flow processes in the oil and gas industry.

“CiDRA has worked closely with leading oil companies over the last several years to develop products and services that address the requirements for increased surveillance of their topside processes,” said Kevin Didden, President and CEO of CiDRA, “Our agreement with FMC Technologies, a world leader in flow measurement and control of petroleum products, will now allow us to leverage our respective strengths to provide the absolute best-in-class flow products and services to our mutual customers.”
