Winter training for process control engineers and technicians

ControlSoft Inc. announces the locations for its Winter PID Loop Tuning and Advanced Process Control Strategies training classes.In the full-day PID Loop Tuning classes, engineers and technicians learn to set up, maintain, and tune a PI or PID controller using software-based process simulation.  Classes will be held in Baton Rouge, LA, Monday, December 12, 2005; Houston, TX, Tuesday, January 17, 2006; and Long Beach, CA, Tuesday, March 14, 2006.During the Advanced Process Control Strategies classes, which also run a full day, the trainer demonstrates ways to improve product quality and increase yield through better process control.  Strategies are developed, tested, and simulated; common implementation pitfalls are discussed.
