Make Your Mornings More Informative

May 13, 2016
Check out our new eNewsletter and other offerings.

At Chemical Processing, we aim to help readers by providing authoritative, practical and impartial technical information as well as details on best practices, key trends, developments and successful applications. However, we can’t cover newsy topics in a monthly print magazine. That’s where our website shines — it enables us to give you late-breaking stories quickly. Lately, we’ve been ramping up our news coverage and we hope you’ll take notice. One way we are helping you do that is with our newest eNewsletter, CP Morning Briefing. It comes out Monday through Thursday and features a concise rundown of news and knowledge to get your day started on the right track.

Our hope and goal is to provide you with pertinent information expeditiously instead of making you wait an entire month.

In addition to news, CP Morning Briefing highlights an article from the magazine that’s recently been added to our website. It’s a preview of what’s to come because these articles are posted well in advance of the issue hitting your desk. We also alert you to great material we produce at Chemical Processing. These offerings range from our valuable 60-minute webinars to our eHandbooks and special reports. And of course, we need to keep the lights on, so we include an advertiser’s message. You can sign up for the CP Morning Briefing here: chemicalprocessing.com/enews.

We realize you have a lot of material landing in your email inbox and we don’t want to overwhelm you. So, we’re doing away with some of our monthly eNewsletters. However, we are continuing CP Weekly, which goes out on Fridays, so you’ll get information from us every weekday!

Another thing we are doing to help deliver relevant information to your inbox is presenting our calendar of events as a downloadable PDF. With the Chemical Processing Event Guide, you can find out the dates and other details about important shows and events, including our free, online Chemical Processing webinar series, so you can evaluate which ones to attend and schedule your time effectively. We will update the guide quarterly with new events and information; you can choose to have the new guide sent to you via email. You can access the guide here: chemicalprocessing.com/events/

We’ve also put together The 2016 Supplier Source Guide, which is an easy-to-use tool for locating suppliers for your process plant needs. The guide contains five primary categories: asset management, automation, environmental protection, processing equipment and safety/security. Several product sub-categories appear within each of these main categories. This easy-to-use directory lists vendors in 43 categories of equipment, products, services and software. You can access it here.

There’s always something going on at ChemicalProcessing.com. And we aim to do more. So, if you have ideas or suggestions, please let me know. You can email me at [email protected].

Traci Purdum is Chemical Processing's senior digital editor and queen of the CP Morning Briefing. You can email her at [email protected].
