Hapman introduces Push Helix screw conveyer.

Hapman’s Push Helix screw conveyor offers cost-effective conveyance for material that requires consistent, controlled delivery without precise measurement, according to the company. The horizontal configuration features a 20:1 turndown range to accommodate processes requiring a versatile range for conveying material from the load point and into a process or delivery destination.

Hapman’s Push Helix is suited for batching applications that require controlled, metered horizontal delivery of powders, crystals, pellets, friable material, flakes, granules and more without the need for elevated conveying. The conveyor is available in stainless steel, with auger sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches. Custom engineered designs are available for more challenging applications and materials, or processes requiring larger capacities.
