Allegro Industries introduced the portable Point-of-Attachment Cooling System.

Allegro Industries introduced the portable Point-of-Attachment (POA) Cooling System that delivers cooler Grade D breathing air for to up to two users.

The vortex cooler is made from a non-toxic engineering plastic with an adjustable brass valve for greater temperature control. The system can cool breathable air by up to 20ºF. The maximum regulator inlet pressure is 125 psi. The individual pressure adjustments are based on different hose lengths and respirator types. The system includes two adjustable pressure regulators, two pressure gauges and a pressure relief valve that allows two types of respirators with different pressure requirements coming from the same air source.

The Allegro Point-of-Attachment Cooling System meets the requirements of 42CFR part 84 and NIOSH. Weighing less than six pounds, the system is housed in a rugged, durable pelican carry case with a built-in handle. It can be wall mounted.
