Tank-Cleaning Machine Minimizes Physical Effort During Clean-in-Place

Dec. 2, 2013
Flow-through rotary impingement tank cleaning machine was engineered to deliver a high impact clean for mid- to large-sized sanitary process tanks.

Gamajet’s newest addition to its sanitary line features self-draining, self-flushing and self-lubricating capabilities. Designed completely with FDA-compliant materials, the Aseptic 8 provides hygienic clean-in-place (CIP). The Aseptic 8 utilizes rotary impingement cleaning technology, which reduces the amount of water, chemicals and energy used during CIP. It was also designed to eliminate the need for dangerous and costly manual cleaning.

Created with no grease in the gear train, this fluid-driven machine operates at a wide range of pressures and flows and is resistant to clogging and wear and tear.
