Clog-Resistant Nozzles Now Available in Larger Sizes

Line now includes nozzles ranging in sizes of three-eighths-of-an inch to 3-inches.

Spraying Systems Co. has expanded the maximum free passage (MFP) FullJet full-cone nozzle line to include 1.5-inch, 2-inch, 2.5-inch and 3-inch sizes for applications with flow rates up to 705 gpm (2670 lpm) and 80 psi (6 bar). The MFP FullJet line now includes nozzles ranging in sizes of three-eighths-of-an inch to 3-inches. All are available in 316 stainless steel and sizes up to 1.25 inches are also available with brass bodies.

MFP FullJet nozzles feature a vane design. They are suitable for any application affected by clogging problems due to recirculated liquids or debris, including washdown, process and gas cooling, flue gas desulfurization, food processing, dust suppression, fire protection, foam control and wastewater aeration. MFP FullJet nozzles produce a uniform, full-cone spray pattern.
