Stainless steel model delivers low-velocity condensate discharge as process loads vary.

TLV Corp. has launched the J3S-X free float trap, designed for food industries, plants with corrosive environments, and refineries/petrochemical plants where steel materials are required. The new J3S-X model offers corrosion resistance through the use of high-quality CF8 stainless steel material.

The J3S-X delivers continuous, smooth, low-velocity condensate discharge as process loads vary. The float features improve sealing performance and is designed for severe service operations. Rated for 1740-psig hydraulic shock, the free float resists water hamme, while its inline repairable design provides simple cleaning and lower maintenance costs.

Unique rotational seating design eliminates concentrated wear to ensure a long service life. Durable thermostatic air vent automatically vents air for an exceptional startup. The stainless steel J3X trap is available in 1/2-, 3/4- and 1-inch sizes in NPT.
