Units are equipped with an independent port for troubleshooting.

Brooks Instrument introduces the GF40 and GF80 thermal mass flow controllers (MFCs). Suited for a wide range of gas flow measurement and control applications, the GF40/GF80 offers a configurable platform based on modular architecture, enabling drop-in replacement for upgrades.

The GF40/GF80 MFCs operate with Brooks’ patented MultiFlo technology, which enables actual process gas accuracy and gives users the ability to reconfigure the MFC for a new gas and range without having to remove the device from the line. The units are also equipped with an independent diagnostic/service port to troubleshoot or change flow conditions without removing the MFC from service.

GF40/GF80 MFCs feature settling times of less than one second and corrosion-resistant Hastalloy sensor tubes for long-term stability. Valve design offers minimum leak-by, maximum turndown and fast response. In addition, measurement accuracy is verified using traceable primary calibration standards.
