Double-Diaphragm Pump Contains No Manifold Seals

Minichem maintenance only requires one-nut disassembly and some maintenance on the ball valves when needed.

Flotronic Pumps' double-diaphragm Minichem pump was machined from one solid block of PTFE. The pump handles low-flow rate aggressive chemicals. The Minichem can transfer aggressive chemicals and other hazardous materials at flow rates of up to 100 liters per minute through ½″ and 1″ connections with the absence of any housing and separate manifolds. This ensures pump has no manifold seals and helps make the unit more affordable.

Minichem maintenance only requires one-nut disassembly and some maintenance on the ball valves when needed. The pump also handles aggressive chemicals and other products at temperatures up to 80 degrees Celsius. In addition, the absence of separate manifolds gives greater pump integrity with fewer parts to fail or wear out. The flange and the BSP version are available, so they're fully compatible with existing PTFE-lined pipe work. The pump also includes all non-wetted parts in polypropylene and stainless steel. The ATEX-approved version is available in FDA approved anti-static/virgin PTFE.
