LMI Milton Roy, a Hamilton Sundstrand company, Roytronic Excel Series AD chemical metering pump is the new digital series of pumps within LMI’s solenoid-driven metering pump product lines. The pumps are available for applications up to 250 psi, with capacities between 0.002 and 2.0 GPH. Push button controls for stroke speed and mode, LCD user interface, stroke adjustment and a low level float switch connection are available.

Select models include a graphical display, alarm modes, external control options, pulse divide/multiply modes, pulse and 4-20 mA input and output connections, dual low level switch connection, universal voltage and advanced electronic features for pump configuration. The line features an advanced design fitting system for secure, leak-proof tubing connections on standard liquid ends and includes half-inch NPT connections to allow for ease of configuration.

Liquid end options offer a double ball check system to improve pumping efficiency. Fastprime liquid ends incorporate a design to bleed the head without depressurizing the discharge tubing as a standard feature. Optional Autoprime liquid ends automatically and continuously purge entrapped air from process fluid, eliminating "vapor lock” with liquids such as sodium hypochlorite, even in remote installations.
