Anvil International now offers two-piece large diameter standard groove couplings as part of its Gruvlok product line.The new couplings will be available in both rigid and flexible styles and will use standard grooves that conform to the American Water Works Association C606 standard for grooved and shouldered joints.
These new couplings require no special grooves, grooving tools, fittings or valves.Gruvlok two-piece large diameter couplings are rated for 350 psi on cut or roll grooved pipe and are available in sizes that range from 14 inches through 24 inches.
