Spraying Systems Co. new SV Series SprayDry nozzles are suitable for use in dairy products, nutraceuticals, powdered beverages, detergents and food applications. The nozzles are available for delivery in less than two weeks.

The SV SprayDry nozzles produce a hollow cone spray with uniform drop size distribution. To extend production runs, the nozzles are designed to resist clogging and constructed of a special tungsten carbide material that can improve wear resistance.

All components are securely retained in the cap for quick handling in the dryer. Hand-tight design eliminates the need for special tools. More than 700 swirlchamber and orifice combinations are available enabling users to match performance to their exact requirements.

Flow rates range from 15.6 to 968 gph at 1,000 psi (59.7 to 3692 lph at 70 bar). Spray angles range from 55 degrees to 90 degrees. Free validation samples are available upon request to qualified users.
