VisiMix Ltd. has announced the launch of VisiMix RSD (Rotor Stator Disperser) mixing simulation software to provide support for rotor stator devices that process liquid media subjected to high-shear stress. The software performs simulations for all types of media including high viscosity, low viscosity, Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquids.
 
VisiMix RSD software is designed to enable users to input geometrical data and process parameters and obtain fast and reliable results with one click. It enables the calculation of shear rates and stresses in internal spaces, pumping capacity, power consumption and torque. VisiMix RSD is based on the results of systematic experimental research performed in a laboratory equipped with specially developed experimental and measuring equipment.
