ControlMaster’s full-color thin-film-transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display clearly shows process information. Menus and operator prompts display in full text. Formats include dual-loop displays and historical trending.
A sampling of the controllers' functionality includes dead-time compensation; adaptive, predictive, and dual-loop control; cascade, feed-forward and ratio control; math and logic; totalization; delay timers and problem-solving diagnostics.
The new units offer flexible communications including Ethernet, Profibus and Modbus protocols. Enclosures provide IP66 and NEMA4X environmental protection.
