ABB Instrumentation recently introduced a series of new electromagnetic flowmeters under its evolving FlowMaster brand. The new FlowMaster magmeters have many sensor and transmitter (converter) innovations in common, simplifying maintenance, training, and parts inventories. Differences prevail primarily in the flowmeter bodies, piping connections, and certifications, depending on three categories of application:
