Infor MyDay is a dynamic Web 2.0 user interface for Infor applications that provides central access to the critical information users need to excel in their daily work. For no additional charge, customers of Infor ERP Adage 5.0 or higher with active maintenance plans are able to take advantage of Infor MyDay.

More intelligent than a dashboard, Infor MyDay delivers real-time, critical business information to business users in a single interface on their desktops, enabling them to spend more time acting on information instead of gathering it. Its capabilities include predefined reports and graphic representations of key performance indicators (KPIs), delivered in a personalized format based on specific functions in key business areas such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Processing, Accounting and Accounts Payable. More than 150 function-specific roles will be accommodated in the future, along with tasks and alerts to help guide business users through daily actions. Based on in-depth research into the roles and working life of real users, Infor MyDay presents content from Infor applications in a personalized format, allowing users to easily drill-down to underlying transactional data and make sound decisions that create value for the organization.

Infor MyDay reduces the need for IT to build customized reports for different business users, lowering total cost of ownership of ERP software. Furthermore, business users can personalize their own views of the data without support from IT.

Employees in the Purchasing and Sourcing departments can use the system’s consolidated data reporting to make business decisions that reduce excess expenditures, manage vendor viability risks and identify ways to consolidate multiple vendors and suppliers.
