Henkel Corporation introduces an industrial-strength, phosphate-free acid pickle, Bonderite Deoxidine 216, designed to clean inorganic soils off of metal surfaces. Formulated to thoroughly clean rust, laser scale, weld scale and unwanted oxides while still protecting the base metal, Bonderite Deoxidine 216 prepares steel parts and components for conversion coating. Bonderite Deoxidine 216 performs well at ambient temperatures and at elevated operating temperatures of up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This acid pickle can be applied via spray or immersion systems.
