Ultrasonic Level Transmitter/Switch Provides Non-Contact Distance Measurement

Omega's LVU30 low-cost ultrasonic sensors produce detection ranges from 100 millimeters to 4.5 meters. The LVU30 provides precise, non-contact distance measurement for factory automation or for industrial process control. The series offers ease of operation, user-friendly software, versatile user-controlled outputs and the ability to be set up without using a target. Narrow beam sound pulses are transmitted from the LVU30, allowing the process to return echoes and various outputs for precision measurement. Recommended applications include level measurement in water storage tanks, chemical tanks and wastewater applications. The LVU30 is ideal for water treatment, chemical storage and facility industries. This product is RoHS compliant.
