Diaphragm Metering Pump Offers a Built-in DFD Leak Detection System
The PHP-800 Series diaphragm metering pump has PVDF double ball valves, can pump up to 42 GPH (2700 ml/min) and handle output pressures up to 12.1 bar (175 psi). The metering pump has a digital touchpad and back-lit LCD display that is simple to read and easy to use. This display will show the output percentage as well as the diaphragm failure alarm status. The PHP-800 Series is equipped with a DFD (Diaphragm Failure Detection System), which is a built-in leak detection system that will shut off the pump head if a chemical leak occurs. Product applications include waste water treatment, plating tanks, fertilizer feed and metal finishing.Prices start at $1350.
