The InPro 4260 pH probes use a patented polymer, the Xerolyt Extra, and reportedly combine high accuracy with longevity even under demanding situations. The electrode design includes an open junction, which solves the problem of diaphragm fouling often found in applications where sticky media, solutions with high particle content, or sulfide-bearing solutions are present. It integrates a polymer composition with the open junction reference system to ensure the performance and sensor life required for challenging applications.
