Fractionizer Precisely Cuts Thin, Leafy Materials

Thin, leafy materials can now be precision cut/ground to very uniform sizes with minimal off-spec material. The MPE Fractionizer, recently introduced by Modern Process Equipment (Chicago), achieves a new standard in uniformity by utilizing a combination of teeth and interlocking grooves to cut material to a very uniform size with minimal unwanted “fines”. Unlike traditional knife cutting machines, the Fractionizer eliminates product attrition, resulting in consistent, uniform product size results.
