The company's stainless steel lift and seal container dumper provides a dust-tight discharge of chemical powders into an existing 46-in. high stir pot. The container is loaded via pallet jack at floor level, hydraulically sealed to a 304 stainless steel pour hood, then rotated 60 degrees past horizontal, creating a seal against a custom pivoting sealing plate. Once sealed, a slide gate is opened, releasing product into the stir pot. Unit features wash-down duty stainless steel construction with a #4 finish and continuous welds. The unit can be custom designed for any size, weight or discharge height required.
