Conval introduces N-stamped valves

Conval, a supplier of high-temperature, high-pressure valves for the world's most demanding applications, recently announced the addition of ASME III, Class 1, 2, 3 and NPT certifications to its list of quality credentials. These N-stamp certifications are now available on the company's Clampseal globe and check valves, Swivldisc gate valves, and Hemiseal metal-seated ball valves.

Clampseal valves are available in sizes up to 4-inches; in Y, angle, or T-pattern; and in ASME pressure classes up to 4500#. Clampseal valves feature an exclusive quick-change packing chamber and pressure seal bonnet that allow for fast in-line serviceability and lower exposure to radiation. A choice of SA105 carbon steel, F22 low alloy, F316 and F347 stainless steel and other materials are available, with virtually any end connection.

Conval is a provider of safety-related valves to the nuclear industry under the 10-CFR-50 Appendix B program.
