PIAB Vacuum Conveyors

PIAB Vacuum Conveyors, manufacturer of industrial vacuum conveyors and components, introduces the C-Series of vacuum conveyors. The C-Series of conveyors are ideal for chemical processing applications. Powered by the company's highly regarded pneumatically driven vacuum pumps, these systems safely and quietly transport up to 10-15 tons/hour of powders and granules in virtually any manufacturing or processing environment.

PIAB's vacuum conveyors are made of stainless steel AISI 316L and can cope with the most demanding circumstances. The filter design can trap particles down to 0.3 microns and can be equipped with a High Efficiency Particle Arrestment (HEPA) filter. The design of the new conveyor improves the vacuum-assisted flow by 25% without affecting energy consumption.

To meet the strict regulations of the pharmaceutical, food and dairy industries, PIAB's C-21 and C-33 conveyors have been examined and accepted by the USDA and comply with the 3A standard. The C-Series of vacuum conveyors are available in diameters of 21, 33 and 56 cm.
