The new Jacob Tubing USDA valve is designed specifically for low pressure/vacuum conveying, bulk material handling and air flow systems for the dairy, food and pharmaceutical industries where equipment must meet USDA – Dairy sanitary levels or equivalent. This valve received the USDA – Dairy acceptance certificate. The USDA valve features outboard bearings and thumb bolts for tool-free service. By design the shaft/flap assembly and bearings can easily be removed for sanitation, service and inspection.
