Modern Process Equipment Corporation (MPE), the world's leading manufacturer of precision particle reduction equipment, introduces the IMD 69.5 Gran-U-Lizer, the latest in ultra-precision particle reduction equipment. MPE's multiple stage IMD Gran-U-Lizer is ideally suited for applications requiring a high degree of size reduction. Typically, product applications for the “69.5” include chemicals, pharmaceuticals, minerals, dry foods and more.
The IMD 69.5 has the ability to integrate up to five grinder stages per unit resulting in a high degree of single pass size reduction, narrow particle size distribution, and maximum flexibility to achieve final grind targets. The heavy construction provides long service life, minimal vibration and maintained tolerances under extreme conditions.
The 69.5 Model is available with PLC control, integrated touch screen, controlled grinding atmospheres and GMP qualification.
