The combination of Burkert's Type 8630 TOP Control System and Burkert's Type 2712 Pneumatically Operated Globe Control Valve results in a process control/proportional valve system designed to meet your chemical-processing requirements. The Type 8630 is a digitally fired positioning unit that provides on/off and continuous functionality. It features a directly connected, PID-controlled feedback loop integral with the actuator, and  PID process Tune function that allows PID values to be automatically set. Flow acuracy is better than 1%. The Type 8630 is available with PROFIBUS DP and DeviceNet interfaces, or without the PID circuit. The type 2712 globe valve, with 50:1 rgeability, is available in sizes from 3/8 in. to 4 in.
