The Roto-Disc Company announces that its patented Roto-Clean Sanitary Valve is now available in 2 inch and 2.5 inch port sizes. Just like larger Roto-Clean valves, the 2 in. valve can be quickly disassembled without tools for cleaning and sanitization. When fully disassembled, no two parts are still connected. Clearances are undisturbed during disassembly and need not be adjusted upon reassembly. The Roto-Clean is made from FDA compliant materials and virtually eliminates product hang-up points inside the valve.

Well suited for vacuum and pressure applications and for temperatures up to 425°F, the Roto-Clean is constructed of 304 or 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy-C or Aluminum. It is available in sizes 2-10 in. inlet ports. Connections to mating equipment can be via sanitary clamps, direct welding or standard flanges.
