Premier Pneumatics. Inc.'s new manual Bag Dump Station is designed to ensure a clean, dust-controlled environment while making unloading bagged materials easy. As material is unloaded, the bag dump station's fan draws dust-laden air away from the operator. Dust is routed to the continuous reverse cartridge filters.

The unit's modular design allows for the introduction of material into a vacuum or pressure system, or directly to a screw conveyor or mixer. The Bag Dump Station is available in stainless steel or FDA epoxy-coated carbon steel hoppers.

Hoppers have a standard 12 in. square discharge flange for mounting a probe box. The dumping grate, vibrator mounting pads, and support legs create a nominal 35 in. dump height with a 13 in. discharge clearance.
