Waukesha Bearings Acquires Inpro/Seal

Waukesha Bearings, an operating company of Dover Corp., acquired Inpro/Seal Co., a designer and manufacturer of bearing isolator technologies, effective Dec. 30, 2009. Inpro/Seal is based in Rock Island, Ill. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“After much consideration, I felt Waukesha Bearings was the best strategic fit for Inpro/Seal. As leaders in our respective markets, Waukesha and Inpro/Seal share similar value propositions of delivering premium technology and superior service to our customers,” says David Orlowski, founder of Inpro/Seal.
