Deadline extended for HART Plant of the Year Award nominations
06/06/2005
The annual HART Plant of the Year Award showcases end user companies and their suppliers who have demonstrated creativity in using the full capabilities of HART technology. Plants can nominate themselves. Suppliers can nominate their customers.
The HART Plant of the Year Award is unique in the process automation industry. It is the only public award presented to end user companies to recognize ingenuity in the application of HART technology.
It does not matter where the plant is located, what it produces, how large the plant is or the number of devices it employs. What is important is the innovative application of HART technology, the benefits that have been seen and/or the problems that were solved.
Nominations from all world areas will be considered for recognition.
2005 HART Plant of the Year recipients will be recognized at the ISA Expo (Chicago, 25-27 Oct). HART Plant of the Year application stories will be published in major trade magazines and on the worldwide web.
Email contact information and a brief description of the HART application to the HART Communication Foundation: lizpat@hartcomm.org. The deadline to receive nominations is 30 June. For more information on the HART Plant of the Year, go to www.hartcomm.org.
