I have a fluidized bed dryer with five chamber (5 different fan). At fourth chamber (200 C) moisture of the product at about %1 but at final (cooling) stage before packaging it gain moisture because of the entering fresh air at 50 C. How can I decrease the moisture of 3000 m3/h air entering final stage or any other suggestion.

Re: Decrease Moisture
21 April 2008 at 1:29pmThe cooling air must be de-humidified to prevent moisture gain. This can be
by cooling the gas below the dew point of the entering gas and then
reheating it about 5 degrees (to avoid carry over of droplets). Since this
is a small volume of cooling gas, you may be able to use a desiccant bed to
remove moisture. You will need tow beds, one to dry while the other
regenerates.
