Michael Eisenbise has 35 years of maintenance technology and reliability experience. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) with the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals Certifying Organization (SMRPCO), a Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) with the Association of Facility Engineers (AFE), and a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager with the AFE. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.

Eisenbise holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a master's degree in mechanical engineering, and a master's degree in maintenance and reliability. He is the past chairman of SMRP, and was instrumental in the formation of SMRP Chapters and SMRP Special Interest Groups.
