Douglas Pratt until his recent retirement [July 2005] was six sigma executive consultant for Dow Corning Corp. He previously had served as director for the firm's global implementation of Six Sigma Process Excellance. He also has been involved in integrating Lean tools at the firm. During his 30+ years at Dow Corning, he has worked extensively at plants, in roles from plant engineer to site director.
