We are a small steel plant that uses air pipelines. What type of fittings and instruments are needed for this type of pipe? Also, what type of schematic diagram is used for air pipelines?
Have an insight or suggestion?

Re: Constructing a schematic diagram for air pipelines
31 July 2008 at 1:29pmThe type of piping and fittings depends on the purity of air needed. For general air supply needs, such as oxidation for the process, instrument air supplies and pneumatic power, use galvanized piping with screwed fittings. For your instrumentation needs, a spring-type air regulator and turbine flowmeters will provide adequate performance at an optimal cost.
