Plant Security by Dave Moore, president and CEO, AcuTech Consulting Group
Dave Moore is president and CEO of AcuTech Consulting Group, San Francisco, a firm that specializes in security and safety. He was the lead author of the AICHE’s Center for Chemical Process Safety’s “Guidelines for Managing and Analyzing the Security Vulnerabilities of Fixed Chemical Sites” and the security guidelines of the American Petroleum Institute (API), as well as the developer of the API/National Petrochemical and Refiners Association Security Vulnerability Assessment Methodology. He has taught process safety and security courses for more than 20 years.
