If your viscosity estimate is correct, 100,000 poise is effectively a solid. So, I must assume that your material is a natural or synthetic rubber. In which case, about the only type of mixer is a sigma blade mixer for rubber compounding. The size will dictate the power requirement, but it will be high for the volume. Power input will increase temperature and reduce the viscosity.
