Is NRTL a good thermodynamic model for solvent extraction of milk fat using hexane?

Hopefully the regressed binary interaction parameters (from measurements) will be available. I am not familiar with the components of interest in milk fat. Care should be taken if missing binary interaction parameters are regressed from Unifac prediction.
