26 January 2010 at 1:29pmYes, I would recommend the NRTL activity coefficient method for prediction of liquid-liquid equilibrium data. Hopefully the regressed binary interaction parameters (from measurements) will be available. I am not familiar with the components of interest in milk fat. Care should be taken if missing binary interaction parameters are regressed from Unifac prediction.
