My company used pneumatic conveying for dust handling. I want to put a level sensor/transmitter in blow tank/transporter/blowpot. The problem is the sensor reliability. The space (in the blow tank) is high pressure. The level sensor often leaks at that condition. Could you please recommend a type of level sensor that is suitable for the system?

Re: Pneumatic conveyor sensor
12 January 2007 at 1:29pmRadar (microwave) can handle high pressures and would be the most accurate and reliable. Circular polarization can eliminate false echoes from dust and obstacles.
